Rose has an awesome aroma that no other flower has. Since ancient time Rose Essential oil is being produced through a simple single distillation process called Deg- Bhapka . In order to produce rose essential oil, we use approximately 3500 to 4000 kilograms of pink rose and out of it 1000 kilogram of rose petals used to produces 1 kilogram of rose oil. Rose flower picking starts at 4 AM in the morning and usually ends at 10 AM.
Rose essential oil production is one of the most labour-intensive processes due to the very small amount of oil that is why it is so precious and is called “Liquid Gold”.
What blends well with Rose Essential Oil?
It can be blended with a variety of other essential oils such as Palmarosa, Geranium, Clove and Jasmine.
