  • Shipping Information

    We aim to process your order within 12h and 48h from order time. We strongly recommend that you check the order details and delivery address when you are placing order. We will not take any responsibility if you provide wrong details.



    We will be able to proceed with any correction while the package is in process. Contact us immediately at contact@norahperfumes.com , because once the package shipped it is difficult to redirect the package.



    Most of our parcels will be sent by express carrier with tracking number.



    While we aim to ensure that all orders are received when expected, delivery to a remote destination is not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified shipping timeframe.



    We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays and custom charges.

  • Return Policy

    If you received a defective or damaged item or wrong item, you might be eligible for exchange or full refund.


    The refund or exchange can be done under certain conditions:



    - You have a period of 14 days from date of receipt of the product to return your product (s). Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 14 days from receipt.



    - Norah’s Perfumes reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange if the perfumes were used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received.



    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.



    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We remind you that delivery costs are your responsibility, so not refundable.

  • Cancellation Policy

    You are able to cancel your order before we process your shipment. After we sent your order you will not be eligible to cancel your order.



    No return can be made without prior written permission.

  • Can I get a refund?

    You can request a return and a refund, if you received a damaged or wrong item. Upon receipt of the return of packages, the products will be checked and your refund made as soon as the items comply with the charter of our Terms & conditions of return. The refund will be made within a period not exceeding 14 days upon receipt of your package.

  • How to return an order?

    Please inform the customer service as soon as possible. We will send you a return form that must be returned and will process your request. A reference number will be given to trigger the return.



    We suggest that you return the item (s) in the delivery box. In the event that you do not find a particular answer to your questioning, we ask you to forward your request to contact@norahperfumes.com
